Are there any scholarships that can help me?

im mixed with native american/german/irish. im 17, i graduated high school a year early with 4 extra credits. i have asthma, and i played in a sport in the 7th grade. i do photography, poetry, i write alot, i ride horses, im athletic, and losing weight. are there any scholarships out there for me? i already graduated, and making money for college. i do not have a job yet.
