Can my child be chucked out of school, if he has been getting bullied?

No I don't think your son can be chucked out of school. The school needs to be supporting you and getting to the bottom of the bullying. I would ask for a meeting with the head teacher (if not already) to clearly explain what is going on and what you expect them to do about it.
