How do i get vistation changed and be able to more than just a hour away if i have to reside in the same state?

i was granted to move out of state a month later i was force to move back to wisconsin because the father refuse to have contact with his son if he is not in the same state i was granted primary custody because i put my son first and stated in court when i was ask the same thing if he was granted custody what with i do i stated that i would live in the same state as my son therfore i am the parent who puts my child first and granted primary placement and descion making but was still force to move here and live one hour within distance of him i have three other children that with the vistation order has affected them and our shared son he has him 3days out the week from nine to seven pm which conflicts with my children schools and doctors appoitments the father is also a drug addict who has not complied with thecourts since the beginning of court and that is why i was granted to move in the first place he has still not complied with the courts what do i do......... i have done everything im just seen as a single mother who dosent believe a father should be in his childs life which is no where near the case my other children fathers have chosen not to be in there sons lives and given up there parental rights and im getting punish for there descions by the court. i have never kept my son father away from him he has just never put his son before hisself and has continue to prove that to the court and me and still i am getting punished for his actions
