I"m a gay black men.My coworkers know this.?

Ok here it is I work on a boat with all men.They know I'm gay and we all get alone were well.This one guy who I have been working with for over two years. I fell in love with him.yes he is married I know this is not right. When every body is around he will call me sexy.About three weeks ago he gave me a ride to the airport and I told him I had something I want to say but I did not think it was a good think to do.He said say it and I said no when he dropped me off I sent him a text message and said I think you know what I want to say.when I came back to work I ask him if he got my text he said yes and keep it to my self and you must be out of your mind.I said ok and for three days we did not speak well I did not speak he tryed every thing to get me to talk to him so I did and he said just relax.my guestion is what should I do with this guy yes I do like him please help me
